Find serenity while giving back in Hermann Park’s beautiful Japanese Garden. Volunteers help with seasonal gardening tasks such as weeding, mulching, pruning, planting, and caring for water features, trails, and rock borders.
Join us on Tuesdays to connect with nature, meet new people, and make a visible impact. No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and love for the outdoors! Sign up today and help keep the garden thriving.
We want you to make a difference and have an enjoyable experience volunteering with Hermann Park Conservancy. Below are guidelines to make your time with us productive and comfortable.

- Gloves will be provided if necessary for the project, but you are welcome to bring your favorite pair from home.
Weather
- Volunteer projects are rain or shine, unless there is severe weather.
- Cancellations due to severe weather will be sent via text/email at least 1 hour before your shift.
- Use your best judgment when traveling in inclement weather.
